• Sign-in session: keeps you logged in and secure between screens.
• Security tokens: protect forms and sign-in against misuse.

These are required for the app to work, so they do not need consent under the PECR rules.

The app stores information in your browser or phone so it works without signal: draft certificates and jobs, your last sync time, your preferences, and cached reference data such as fault codes. This stays on your device and is cleared when you sign out or clear the app's data.

We use privacy-respecting usage and error reporting to see which screens fail or crash. It is limited to what we need to keep the app working, and is never used to build advertising profiles.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and clear the app's stored data from your browser or phone settings. Blocking the necessary cookies will stop you signing in, and clearing on-device storage will delete any unsent offline work.
